It is the paradigm shift due to the global need.<br>\nICT, if used creatively, can make a big difference in the way teachers teach and students learn<br>\nand can help students acquire 21st century skills like digital literacy, innovative thinking,<br>\ncreativity, sound reasoning and effective communication.
