This Ambition Document, based on the feedback from an online open consultation at the end of 2021 asking all Dutch stakeholders to give input on an earlier draft version the NPOS2030 Ambition Document, is the first element of the long-term plan of the Netherlands National Programme Open Science: a NPOS Rolling Agenda and a description of the NPOS governance will follow soon.
