AMARANT-AN IMPORTANT PLANT WITH ECONOMIC VALUE

This article will give a broad overview of the Amaranth-farm plant. Along with this, the problems of planting in different soil conditions for the purpose of localization of the plant Amarant, which has an introduced nutritional value in Uzbekistan, to see the yield of fertility and their use as medicinal and fodder crops, as well as to create methods of adaptation of this plant to our own climatic conditions, have been considered.
