Y&ouml;rede yaygın olarak seslendirilen bu formdaki eserlerin &ccedil;oğunlukla halk m&ucirc;sikisinde kullanılan nota sistemi ile kaydedilmesinin doğurduğu karışıklığın T&uuml;rk klasik/sanat/tasavvuf m&ucirc;sikisinde kullanılan makam ve us&ucirc;l isimleri ile tespit edilip giderilmesinin &ouml;nemli olduğundan yola &ccedil;ıkılarak tespit edilen 20 adet il&acirc;hi formundaki eser incelendi. İl&acirc;hi g&uuml;ftelerinin d&ouml;şendiği ezgiler olduk&ccedil;a kısa ve sade, ses genişlikleri genelde bir oktav ya da oktavdan daha dardır. Bazı eserlerde makamı oluşturan d&ouml;rtl&uuml; ve beşlilerin sadece bir kısmı kullanılmış, makamın b&uuml;t&uuml;n &ouml;zelliklerini g&ouml;sterecek mahiyette bir esere rastlanmamıştır. Eserlerin hemen hemen tamamında geleneksel Harput m&ucirc;sikisinin nağmelerini bulmak m&uuml;mk&uuml;nd&uuml;r.
