It aims to create a network of open GNSS bases available to anyone in the coverage area. The network is extended by public institutes, individuals, private actors such as farmers or other public partners.</p>\n<p>This documentation allows the autonomous creation of bases and rovers for high precision geolocation. It also contains methodology on reference systems, quality analysis, realtime kinematic and post processing techniques.</p>",
