DRAFT Change Log and CoreTrustSeal Requirements 2023-2025
CoreTrustSeal Standards and Certification Board
First and foremost, we would like to thank the CoreTrustSeal community for their continued support. Their input into this review of the CTS requirements has been an invaluable tool during this process. The CTS Board has taken three years of experience reviewing applications under the existing guidelines and input from the community to help shape their wishes into these new revisions. Suggested changes to the requirements listed in the community survey were overwhelmingly supported by the survey participants with 78% agreeing with proposed changes on average across the survey. The suggested changes combined with your feedback were shaped into the current final draft version of the new requirements.
As a community we understand that continual review of our policy’s, processes and procedures is required to ensure we are good stewards of the digital objects we are assigned to protect. With that in mind, we remind you that this is an ongoing process and even as we finish the final minor edits to this version of the requirements, we are always gathering information for the next round of changes.
