EVALUATE THE SAFETY AND EFFICACY OF LAPAROSCOPIC RESECTION VS OPEN SURGERY FOR THE CURATIVE CARE OF PATIENTS HAVING TUMORS OF THE RIGHT OR LEFT COLON
