POLICY PROPOSALS FOR FLEXIBLE URBANISM

This deliverable builds upon the accumulated learnings from the REFLOW pilot cities, unfolding practices that support policy making that together make up for a strategic CE vision for the future. It therefore proposes both short-term actions, and but also establishes a framework to that guides future urban/spatial planning actions, that embracing utilises urban metabolism accounting and is informed by flexible urbanism concepts.
