This article focuses on how moroccan private international law and Rome I regulation devote the legal consecration of the law of autonomy. From this perspective, the paper attempts to determine the obstacles preventing the application of a foreign law through the prism of moroccan private international law and the Rome regulation on the applicable law to contractual obligations.</p>\n\n<p></p>",
