FORMULATION EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF FAST DISSOLVING TABLETS CONTAINING SOLID DISPERSION OF INDOMETHACIN

The effectiveness of drug is depending upon the power of the dosage form to deliver the medicament to its site of action at a rate and amount sufficient to elicit the required pharmacological response. This property of dosage form is cited as physiologic availability, biologic availability or just bioavailability.
