This research focuses on the extent of the visibility of the translator in the transferring of the information in the tweets of Donald Trump in De Volkskrant and the credibility of these news articles. The research question is: How does the visibility of the translation of Donald Trump’s tweets from 2016 to 2017 in Dutch newspapers impact the credibility of the news articles and the tweets?
