Structural models of interactions of WWOX tandem WW domains WW1WW2 bound to different peptides with double PPXY motifs. Provided are pdb files and a PyMol pse session used to generate Figure 7 in Rotem-Bamberger et al.

Notes

The structure shown represents a model that recapitulates the main experimental findings of our study.
