Tandem WW/PPxY motif interactions in WWOX: the multifaceted role of the second WW domain
Description
Structural models of interactions of WWOX tandem WW domains WW1WW2 bound to different peptides with double PPXY motifs. Provided are pdb files and a PyMol pse session used to generate Figure 7 in Rotem-Bamberger et al.
Notes
The structure shown represents a model that recapitulates the main experimental findings of our study.
