Applications are open to&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;building owners or building managers, public or private entities&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;that administer social housing or public buildings,&amp;nbsp;as well as real estate brokers.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
