These clear, evidence-based recommendations are designed to guide end users in malaria-endemic countries as they develop national malaria policy and strategic plans.

For this purpose, systematic reviews, background papers and other unpublished evidence that were considered by the Guidelines Development Groups to develop WHO recommendations are made publicly available.
