In cooperation with the Open Reproducible Data Science and Statistics group (ORDS) at the University of Rostock, TKFDM organized its 2nd ReproHack on March 15, 2022. This time, the Microverse Cluster at FSU Jena joined in for support.
In our ReproHack, we briefly discussed the importance of the topic "reproducibility of data" and then introduced the platform Jupyter Notebook. In the actual hackathon, breakout sessions were formed depending on the programming language and selected paper. Finally, the results and experiences were shared with the group.
In this repositorium you find the presentation slides of the event and the pad, which was used during the event. It contains some meta information, prepared virtual rooms and work spaces and the insights of the evaluated papers. Participants were anonymized and outdated links removed or replaced.
You can reuse the pad (e.g. with the "20220315_reprohack_markdown.md" file) in your Markdown-Editor as a template for your own ReproHack event or simply open the "20220315_reprohack_html.html" file if you are interested in the comments and experiences collected during the event.
