Script to determine current amplitude in single cell recordings of dopamine neurons in cell culture
Description
Simple Matlab script to determine current amplitude in single cell recordings of dopamine neurons in cell culture (IV_currents.m) as used for Supplementary Figure 6 in Alekseenko et al. (2022). The Matlab script to plot the figure is also included (boxplot_currentsFigS6.m) together with the data included in the figure (data_table_currents.mat).
The two abf-files are example recordings to be used to test the IV_currents.m, by default it will load Day38_C11_19n07081.abf.
