  "abstract": "<p>The purpose of this deliverable is to describe in detail the technical evaluation and progress against benchmarks. The benchmarking strategy was defined in WP1, and this document describes how the benchmarking is implemented for the components in the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the MARVEL project. The role of each component in the MVP together with the description of the development status is discussed in detail before the benchmarking process of components is described. This process involves defining the measurement metrics and data, as well as the state-of-the-art baselines, and reporting the measurement results together with the observations about the results. In addition to this, the contribution to MARVEL KPIs per component is described and expected future results are discussed. The final version of this document will be delivered by the end of the project, and it will contain the benchmarking of the full MARVEL framework.</p>",
