Description

This dataset contains for the 6 samples discussed in the publication the angle-resolved X-ray fluorescence photon rate as obtained from the detected events after spectral deconvolution from the Silcon Drift Detector used and correcting for detector efficiency, detector lifetime, incident X-ray photon flux and solid angle of detection. The incident photon energy was 1700 eV. Data is from Figure 1 as in the linked publication and allows performing quantification of the mass deposition at the different incidence angles.

Column 1 - Incidence angle of synchrotron radiation in degrees
Column 2 -  C Fluorescence photon rate per incident power and unit of solid angle.
Column 3 -  N Fluorescence photon rate per incident power and unit of solid angle.
Column 4 -  O Fluorescence photon rate per incident power and unit of solid angle.
Column 5 -  Na Fluorescence photon rate per incident power and unit of solid angle.
Column 6 -  Mg Fluorescence photon rate per incident power and unit of solid angle.
Column 7 -  Al Fluorescence photon rate per incident power and unit of solid angle.
Column 8 -  X-ray reflectivity.
