"Everything you always wanted to know about the SCOSS 3rd pledging round": the second in a series of SCOSS regional webinars focused on the 3rd pledging cycle. It spoke to North America and took place on 18 February 2022. Representatives of arXiv, Redalyc/AmeliCA and DSpace presented their service and the audience had a chance to ask them questions.
