Description
First release of the AMR-metatools suite of easy to use commands to produce reports of predicted antimicrobial resistance genes in metagenomic samples. These tools use features of RGI including sequence read mapping to CARD and de novo assembly then prediction of antibiotic resistance genes through RGI main.
