    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;This deliverable 4.4 aims to prove an introduction and collection of the working papers developed under the Thought Leadership approach in DIHNET. Each of the papers is shortly presented and the full papers are available in the Annexes. Not all topics initiated for discussion under the Thought Leadership Approach resulted in a paper &amp;ndash; some discussions and collaborations in the EU ecosystem are still ongoing to allow that step. As a conclusion, we observe that initiating the discussions on strategic topics is usually appreciated (as suggested by participation in the discussions).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
