  "abstract": "<p>In this document, we report communication and dissemination (C&amp;D) activities conducted in Work Package 9 (WP9) and completed in years 1 (Y1) and 2 (Y2) of the CAPABLE project. Section 3 briefly introduces WP9, its tasks, and deliverables. In Section 4 we present the dissemination strategy &ndash; we start with presenting the goals, then identify relevant stakeholder groups that should be addressed, and define dissemination plans for specific groups that point at appropriate C&amp;D tools and materials. In that section, we also list contacts associated with relevant stakeholders, such as EMR (electronic medical record) and HIS (hospital information system) vendors, healthcare providers, and professional societies, identified by the consortium partners. In Section 5 we present detailed information on completed actions (they are summarized below). Finally, in Section 6 we provide a summary and outline future C&amp;D activities with a special focus on actions planned for year 3 (Y3).</p>\n\n<p>In Y1 and Y2 the following C&amp;D actions were completed:</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf Project logo and house style including document and presentation templates were prepared.</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf Project presentations, posters, leaflets, and the first version of the project promotion-al video were created (updated leaflets and posters will be released in early Y3).</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf The artist-in-residence initiative was started, and initial versions of the project artwork were created (it will be released in early Y3).</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf Website and social media accounts were created and have been maintained and updated. An information campaign for Instagram aimed at the general public was pre-pared and started.</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf 4 media releases aimed at the general public were prepared and published.</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf 1 journal paper was published, and 2 other papers were submitted for publication.</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf 8 papers were published in peer-reviewed materials of international conferences and workshops.</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf 22 oral presentations at scientific, education, and other events were given by the CAPABLE consortium members. The most frequently targeted audience was the academic community (16 presentations). Then, there were professional and education communities (3 presentations targeting each group). Public authorities were addressed twice, and there were single presentations aimed at the industry and the general public.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf Personal contacts with relevant stakeholders were initiated.</p>\n\n<p>\u25cf Other actions, e.g., preparing repositories with public deliverables and source code, participation in surveys organized by the European Commission, were completed.</p>",
