Confocal image volume of human kidney cortex stained with antibodies for Uromodulin, AQP1, MPO, CD68, CD3 and Siglec-8 and DAPI and phalloidin. Tissue section was mounted in Prolong Gold and imaged at 20X NA 0.75 on an Leica SP8 with spectral imaging and unmixed using LASX software. Protocol at: 10.17504/protocols.io.9avh2.
Channels, in order: DAPI, Phalloidin (F-Actin), Uromodulin, AQP1, MPO, CD68, CD3 and Siglec-8
