jgalgarra/kcorebip: kcorebip fully compatible with interactive mode

This release is fully compatible with the interactive mode, and so with bipartgraph (jgalgarra/bipartgraph). input parameters that will be deprecated: displaylabelszig, labels_size. The function call may include both but have no effect on the outcome. ziggurathoriz_kcoremax_tails_expand is now deprecated, superseded by kcore1tail_disttocore Parameter values of ziggurat_graph and polar_graph are returned by the functions. This feature is useful to store them for future simulations.
