It features parameters similar to the datasets of the human connectome project (HCP) 3T data. Content of the archive: - Diffusion.nii.gz: The simulated diffusion-weighted images. - Diffusion.bvals: The b-values file corresponding to Diffusion.nii.gz, saved in the FSL format. - Diffusion.bvecs: The b-vectors file corresponding to Diffusion.nii.gz, saved in the FSL format. - param.ffp: Parameter file for the Fiberfox simulation - param.ffp_MASK.nrrd: Tissue mask file (Fiberfox simulation file) - param.ffp_VOLUME1.nrrd: Volume fraction map of compartment 1 (Fiberfox simulation file) - param.ffp_VOLUME2.nrrd: Volume fraction map of compartment 2 (Fiberfox simulation file) - param.ffp_VOLUME3.nrrd: Volume fraction map of compartment 3 (Fiberfox simulation file) - param.ffp_VOLUME4.nrrd: Volume fraction map of compartment 4 (Fiberfox simulation file) - GroundTruthFibers.fib Ground truth fibers (Fiberfox simulation file) The diffusion acquisition was simulated with the following basic parameters (details in param.ffp): - 18 unweighted images - 90 weighted images per b-value - b-values: 1000, 2000 and 3000 s/mm² - Image size: 145x174x145 - Image spacing: 1.25 mm isotropic - The dataset is simulated without T1 relaxation If you are using this dataset in your publications, please cite "Neher PF, Laun FB, Stieltjes B, Maier-Hein KH.
