Description

The interest in the world religious experience at the current stage of development of civilization related with the spiritual crisis of society and the search of leaving it. Special attention is devoted to the experience of mystical studies, which were considered as the most mystery and innermost part of the religion at all times. One of the universal features of the mystical experience is a qualitative transformation of the mental life of a man, transition from egocentric consciousness to enlightened consciousness. The object of the research in this article is the problem of essence of consciousness and the process of its transformation in the immanent mysticism. It’s the mysticism of integration with the Absolute by substance. A large variety of immanent mystical traditions is formed depending on solution of the problem the correlation of ideal and material being. Here are monistic, dualistic, holistic and integrative mystical traditions. They offers several ways to achieve integrity: recognition of material and ideal oneness (holistic), destruction of ideas about the duality of the ideal and the material (integrative), opposition of material and ideal (dualistic), recognition of the material as illusion of consciousness (monistic). The main methods of phycho practice are meditative contemplation of the Absolute, disciplinary asceticism and psychosomatic exercises. Meditative contemplation consists of the following stages concentration, lower meditation, higher meditation. The comparative analysis of main ideas of mystical teachings and modern post-nonclassical science is realized in the article. Consciousness is a nonlinear system, which requires the self-regulation mechanisms for its development. The state of human consciousness determines how well he overcomes the bifurcation point.
