&lt;p&gt;Cette contribution se base sur une recherche aupr&amp;egrave;s d&amp;rsquo;apprenti&amp;middot;e&amp;middot;s en commerce de d&amp;eacute;tail en Suisse et &amp;eacute;tudie leur mani&amp;egrave;re de r&amp;eacute;pondre aux exigences et contraintes du m&amp;eacute;tier. Il s&amp;rsquo;agit de relever &amp;agrave; quelles strat&amp;eacute;gies elles et ils ont recours pour faire face aux conditions de travail p&amp;eacute;nibles. En se r&amp;eacute;f&amp;eacute;rant au concept du coping, trois principales strat&amp;eacute;gies ressortent de l&amp;rsquo;analyse : r&amp;eacute;sistance, passivit&amp;eacute; et autonomie. D&amp;eacute;terminer les strat&amp;eacute;gies pour r&amp;eacute;pondre aux situations de travail et de formations difficiles permet de mieux comprendre la mani&amp;egrave;re dont les apprenti&amp;middot;e&amp;middot;s d&amp;eacute;veloppent et renforcent leur rapport au m&amp;eacute;tier.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Summary&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This article based on a study conducted with trainees in the Swiss retail sector examines how they cope with the demands and constraints of the industry. The strategies employed to deal with arduous working conditions are outlined. With respect to the concept of coping, three main strategies were gleaned from the data: resistance, passivity and autonomy. Identifying the strategies used by trainees to cope with difficult working and training conditions provides insight into how trainees develop and strengthen their relationship with the occupation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Summary&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Esta contribuci&amp;oacute;n se basa en una investigaci&amp;oacute;n ante aprendices de comercio minorista en Suiza y estudia c&amp;oacute;mo satisfacen las demandas y limitaciones de la profesi&amp;oacute;n. Se trata de identificar qu&amp;eacute; estrategias utilizan para hacer frente a las duras condiciones laborales. Refiri&amp;eacute;ndonos al concepto de afrontamiento, surgen tres estrategias principales del an&amp;aacute;lisis: resistencia, pasividad y autonom&amp;iacute;a. Determinar las estrategias para dar respuesta a situaciones laborales y formativas dif&amp;iacute;ciles, nos permite comprender mejor la forma en que los aprendices se desarrollan y fortalecen su relaci&amp;oacute;n con la profesi&amp;oacute;n.&lt;/p&gt;
