Hardware enforced separation in embedded multicore SoCs

Separation and controlled information flow are the foundations of MILS. This paper describes the methods by which NXP QorIQ processors provide hardware enforced process separation, and root of trust to guarantee execution of safety and security software such as a MILS separation kernel and interprocess communications.
