    <dct:description>&lt;p&gt;Ondanks de beperkingen die bibliotheken in 2020 ondervonden vanwege de coronamaatregelen, is het aanbod van de bibliotheken rondom basisvaardigheden in grote lijnen constant gebleven. Met alternatieve dienstverlening zoals online Taalhuizen, telefonische spreekuren en &amp;eacute;&amp;eacute;n-op-&amp;eacute;&amp;eacute;nhulp op afspraak zetten bibliotheken zich ook in coronatijd in voor kwetsbare burgers. Desalniettemin maakten minder burgers gebruik van de dienstverlening dan voorgaande jaren. Veel bibliotheken hadden moeite met het bereiken van de doelgroep, die met name baat heeft bij fysieke dienstverlening. Dat blijkt uit nieuw onderzoek van de KB, uitgevoerd via de Bibliotheekmonitor.&lt;/p&gt;</dct:description>
