Vereint werden sowohl ethische als auch rechtliche Aspekte im Umgang mit Forschungsdaten&nbsp; (zum Auftakt mit den Schwerpunkten Datenschutzrecht und Immaterialg&uuml;terrecht).</p>\n\n<p>The section facilitates cross-disciplinary cooperation between the consortia in the area of ethical, social and legal aspects of research data management and the re-use of research data. The section prepares proposals for cross-consortium guidelines and legal standards. It combines both ethical and legal aspects of research data management (with a focus on data protection law and intellectual property law).</p>",
