Vereint werden sowohl ethische als auch rechtliche Aspekte im Umgang mit Forschungsdaten&amp;nbsp; (zum Auftakt mit den Schwerpunkten Datenschutzrecht und Immaterialg&amp;uuml;terrecht).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The section facilitates cross-disciplinary cooperation between the consortia in the area of ethical, social and legal aspects of research data management and the re-use of research data. The section prepares proposals for cross-consortium guidelines and legal standards. It combines both ethical and legal aspects of research data management (with a focus on data protection law and intellectual property law).&lt;/p&gt;</dct:description>
