These data offer many possibilities for augmenting PLATO findings. The<br> high angular resolution of Gaia provides separate light curves of stars<br> included in the wide PSF of PLATO, thus allowing immediate elimination of<br> false positives by background eclipsing binaries and, in other cases,<br> confirming that the PLATO transits are indeed originating from the target<br> stars.&nbsp;A similar synergy between Gaia and TESS is already taking place<br> using non-public Gaia data, some results are given in this presentation.<br> Finally, we show the first transiting exoplanet detected by Gaia - Gaia-1 b.</p></description> </descriptions> </resource>
