jgalgarra/kcorebip: Polar plot improved, reduced node overlap.

This release include major improvements in the polar plot. Node distribution algorithm has been replaced and now is deterministic, so angular position of each node does not change each time the script is run. Nodes may be unfilled, this feature in combination with node labelling provides a more insightful plot.

Minor improvements in ziggurat plot.
