UCSCXenaShiny Extra Data Repository
Description
This is the extra data repository for UCSCXenaShiny project. All datasets are obtained either from public database UCSC Xena/GDC portal, or publications. The datasets are cleaned and stored in RData format and most regarding data source can be obtained by `attr(obj, "data_source)"` in R.

Notes
Datasets added: tcga_armcalls.rda and tcga_dna_repair.rda
Datasets added: 1. Drug response (IC50) data and corresponding expression data for CCLE cell lines. 2. Human transcript IDs.
The transcript identifiier bug is fixed in v0.4.
