Tiltification/sonic-tilt: First Release of Sonic Tilt

This is the first release of Sonic Tilt, the open-source distribution of the Tiltification app. Tiltification is a cross-plattform acoustic leveling app developed by the university of Bremen. Have fun playing around and tinkering with it~
