Introduction to machine actionable metadata

Description

We will introduce an approach to developing machine-actionable metadata templates. Also, we will present DCAT V3 and a corresponding set of machine-actionable templates. Furthermore, we will show how to configure these templates to be domain-specific by means of introducing domain-specific vocabularies and create metadata.
