This is a public deliverable of One Health EJP Joint Research Project, JRP24-BEONE: Building integrative tools for OneHealth Surveillance.
Project description available here: https://onehealthejp.eu/jrp-beone/.
BeONE is a 2.5 year project which aims to develop an integrated surveillance system where molecular and epidemiological data for foodborne pathogens can be interactively analysed, visualised and interpreted by the relevant experts across disciplines and sectors.
The project will develop a tailored surveillance system, which will facilitate a consistent definition of outbreaks across domains and countries by the use of new algorithms based on integrated genomic and epidemiological data, as well as facilitating communication and flexible data sharing.

A Data Management Plan (DMP) is an important element of data management during a project since it is neccesary to continuously track, monitor, analyse and store data in order to ensure progress throughout the project.
The specific deliverable will be a preliminary data management plan, which can be adjusted as the project progresses.
