Vitamins are the minerals and nutrients that we need in our daily life. We all have them in our daily food consumption but not everyone gets enough of it. If we don't get enough of the important fat-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin D, A, E, and K it will cause certain problems like fatigue, hair loss, thinning bones and teeth, muscle and joint pains, nausea, bowel disorders, and even depression.
