Abstract: “Personal Computer” is one of the greatest innovation and creation of history. From the initial stage to the current scenario with high end graphics and more fast processor with continuously increasing hard disk space for multiple functioning. There has been a continuous evolution in the “Operating System” for PC from last many decades. Windows from MS-DOS – Microsoft Disk Operating System (1981) to Windows 11 (2021). There are other players in the market like Mac OS, , Apple iOS, Android, Red Hat Enterprise LinuxUbuntu, CentOS, Apple OS X El Capitan, Sierra, Fedora but the windows is still maintaining its position in the mindset of the users. The ease of use and attractive graphics are always plus point for windows. The current study is based on the new version of windows OS soon to be released - Windows 11, as win 10 is not so old to replace with the new version and what are the new features offered and how it attracts the uses to move to upgrade to win 11.
