Image volumes and annotations for male NeuroPAL expression.

The following image volumes were annotated by Tessa Tekieli and used by Amin Nejatbakhsh to build the male C. elegans atlas for:
"Visualizing the organization and differentiation of the male-specific nervous system of C. elegans".
