pyqz: Removed non-interactive backend requirement

This new release removes the need for a non-interactive matplotlib backend introduced earlier. It also separates all plotting functions inside a dedicated module: pyqz_plots

Support for the projected 3-D line ratio of Dopita+ (2016) has been improved. The docs have been updated to reflect the update, in particular the new function calls.
