    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;Removes &lt;code&gt;lsqfit.BayesIntegrator&lt;/code&gt; (and &lt;code&gt;BayesPDF&lt;/code&gt;) which is replaced by the more capable &lt;code&gt;vegas.PDFIntegrator&lt;/code&gt; in the &lt;code&gt;vegas&lt;/code&gt; module (for multi-dimensional integration). Adds two new methods to &lt;code&gt;nonlinear_fit&lt;/code&gt;, for use with &lt;code&gt;PDFIntegrator&lt;/code&gt;: &lt;code&gt;logpdf(p)&lt;/code&gt; and &lt;code&gt;pdf(p)&lt;/code&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
