Files ending in "astir_assignments.csv" are Astir cell type assignment probabilities for five different IMC, CyTOF and CyCIF datasets comprising ~2.4 million total single cells. The raw data was produced by the following publications:

- Schapiro: PMID 28783155
- Wagner: PMID 30982598
- Lin: PMID 29993362
Cells are listed as rows while cell types are listed as columns.
Files starting with "assignments" are manual annotation of a 500 cells subset from the basel, zurich, wagner and lin cohorts. Each set of 500 cells was annotated twice by two annotators.
