OHEJP Project ORION

Description: This collection of KNIME Workflows was developed within the OHEJP Project ORION. This collection can be seen as equivalent to a "source code" of the web-services developed in Workpackage 1 and 3 of ORION. The workflows can be executed within the open source software KNIME (https://www.knime.com/).

The attached file consists of the workflows of these three main services:

  1. OHEJP Glossary Infrastructure(https://foodrisklabs.bfr.bund.de/ohejp-glossary/)
  2. OHEJP Glossaryfication Workflow (https://foodrisklabs.bfr.bund.de/ohejp-glossary/)
