POSSIBILITIES OF USING SOLAR ENERGY FOR DRYING FRUITS AND GRAPES IN CLIMATE CONDITIONS OF UZBEKISTAN

Description

This article, based on data from the Uzbek Hydrometeorological Center for the last 10 years, identifies the ripening times of fruits and grapes in the Tashkent and Bukhara regions, the amount of solar energy during the drying season, monitoring of sunny days, temperature and relative humidity. The obtained data can be used in the design of solar-air dryers.
