Niet iedere burger bezit echter de digitale vaardigheden om zichzelf wegwijs te maken in de digitale wereld van de Belastingdienst. Gelukkig worden op steeds meer plekken Informatiepunten Digitale Overheid (IDO) geopend. Dit is een van de speerpunten van het programma Digitale Inclusie, dat, ondanks de maatregelen rondom de coronacrisis, ook het afgelopen jaar forse ontwikkelingen heeft doorgemaakt. Welke ontwikkelingen zijn dat, en hoe zag de samenwerking tussen de bibliotheek en de Belastingdienst er dit coronajaar uit?&lt;/p&gt;</dct:description>
