Assessment of the significance of the T-330G (rs2069762) polymorphism of the IL2 gene in the development of atopic dermatitis

Razikova G.R.; Mavlyanova Sh.Z.; Boboev K.T.

The article presents the results of molecular genetic studies of T-330G (rs2069762) of the IL2 gene in patients with atopic dermatitis. Analysis of studies shows that the frequency of distribution of the allele of the rs2069762 (T330G) polymorphism of the IL2b gene showed that the mutant allele "G" was more common in patients with AD than in controls. An increased frequency of detection of heterozygous T / G and non-functional homozygous G / G variants of the IL2 gene, which leads to the risk of developing severe forms of the clinical course of atopic dermatitis with dermatorespiratory syndrome.
