The dataset consists of whole slide image scans of immunohistochemistry images of human tumor resections. Specifically, there are 3 different sets of images pertaining to biomarkers PD-L1 (n = 24), 5T4 (n = 21) and P-cadherin (n = 30). The IHC images for PD-L1 and P-cadherin are in svs file format, while the IHC images for 5T4 are in NDPI file format. All the images can be opened using the following software packages:
