  "abstract": "<p>This book originates from the idea of creating a report of the&nbsp;results of the two-year experience of the S.I.P.PA.S. Project, in order<br>\nto provide civil servants in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) with some&nbsp;useful guidelines for creating an internal administrative system that is&nbsp;transparent, efficient and in accordance with the principles and policies&nbsp;of the European Union.<br>\nThe project &ldquo;Stabilization and Integration Policies for the BiH Public&nbsp;Administration System&rdquo;, best known as S.I.P.PA.S. Project, has been entirely&nbsp;funded by the European Union and implemented by the University of&nbsp;studies of Naples &ldquo;Parthenope&rdquo;.&nbsp;EU selected &ldquo;Parthenope&rdquo; University of Naples (Italy) to support the&nbsp;Bosnia and Herzegovina Public System in the process of integration and&nbsp;pre-accession to the EU. The book presents the results of the projects in terms of intensive, cutting-edge training methodologies in the fight against corruption in the BiH public system;&nbsp;networking&nbsp;between BiH and Italian&nbsp;anti-corruption bodies, in the perspective of a future common fight against corruption in the public sector and improving;&nbsp;harmonization&nbsp;of the BiH public system with European standards;&nbsp;promotion of the culture of transparency, legality and anticorruption in the management of PA activities&nbsp;in line with European policies.</p>",
