Geo-processing code for the automatic generation of remediation plan and navigation data to use in industrial disaster remediation

The following codes are provided:

1/ A code for testing 4 different orientations with the planning and keeping the most efficient clean-up plan

2/ An algorithm deriving navigation lines from the parcels generated by code 1/

3/ An algorithm orienting the features of the clean-up plan in the same direction as the features of the source layer "Contaminated area"

4/ A tool testing offset effect on the final number of clean-up parcels

5/ A modified version of code 3/ testing an alternative rotation of parcel by 90 degree in order to decrease the final number of clean-up parcels
